Dont worry about your ET logger. I am putting more than 4.5 kilowatt through mine and it seems ok! The newer ET 150 V3's log up to at least 220 amps.

You might want to try it again. You can get a little more fropm it. Motor amps of approx 130 with that prop (try low timing ) and rpm of at least 28100 at top speed show its running at peak efficiency at top speed - if your low prop speed say through a turn is 28000 and it winds - then you are running it about as efficiently as yu can

Also is the prop cut or B&S? Even stock you should be able to run over 50 mph. On the other hand you might want to blueprint the hull running surfaces and show us all the efficiency dividend ??? the model should pick up some speed or at least drop a few amps

The prop is sharpened/balanced and bar-cut. I can't run low timing because the motor is a "y" wind, I can lower it to 10 degrees, but this is my 3rd leopard motor and all have run well at 15 degrees. I have a feeling with the esc now re-calibrated I am sure the amp load dropped.

I really don't have the time nor patience to blueprint the hull. My hobby time & funds are slowly drying up. Wife is pregnant and in my ear.

*Now I have to figure how to fund my new DF40 copy

Any other solutions other than blueprinting?
