I made a few changes. I checked my cg and it was a bit further back than it should be. I'll just move the batts up a little and it puts it where I need it. Kinda going off of its 98mph bigger brother.
I also added an air dam. Some people say a drinking straw is fine. Well I don't want a drinking straw taped to my boat so I taped a piece of carbon tube. Matches the hull nicely.

I decided to go make a test run today after making a few slight changes. I was praying for about 80mph. I had no idea that it was going to pick up so much with the few things I did. I was able to get on it all the way too as the air dam kept it glued to the water. It was unbelievably stable. When it ate up the whole lake in a matter of seconds I was in disbelief. I knew it went fast but didn't expect this. It was one of those passes that you know it's so fast you say holy sheet!

Thanks. I've been against it but a buddy kept insisting it try it. I'm glad I did. My other fast cats will be getting one tooOriginally posted by martin View PostGlad to see you decided to use an air dam, great results.32" carbon rivercat single 4s 102mph, 27” mini Rivercat 92mph, kbb34 91mph, jessej micro cat(too fast) was

I wanted to add that it took me only 4 runs to get it to this speed. The first two I don't count because the first run was a function test in very rough water, second run was rough water again but I decided to make a go anyway and snapped the flex. Next run was 74.8 and 4th pass was 92.1 Pretty impressive for not having any tuning time on it.32" carbon rivercat single 4s 102mph, 27” mini Rivercat 92mph, kbb34 91mph, jessej micro cat(too fast) was
