Kyosho Speed Vee 800 outboard/revamp

Latest project is a Kyosho Speed Vee 800 I picked up on ebay, but was broken in half when it arrived, was able to save it with alot of patching/glue/filler. I also picked up a new outboard for a pretty good price. The prop is to small for the boat Im sure at 32mm, so will be fitting a 34-36 mm. Possible larger outrunner, depend on how it runs. The hull is large but the weight is minimal.

I had one of these in the 90s. Great fun boat for the time.

No original motor "I wish". :) Its going to sit for a few weeks waiting on parts.
