New p-1 comes out in December??????

I just checked the stock status of the new p-1 on venoms site. It previously said "TBD" (to be determined). Now it says LATE DECEMBER!??? I have been anxiously awaiting this boat since I placed my order in March. This is ridiculous!!

The miss excite stock status says september! Towers website still says late june for the p-1. If this is true and the stock status gets pushed out again, I'll cancel my order and get the new traxxas boat. I've been trying to give Venom the benefit of the doubt, but they just keep on digging themselves deeper! I need a new boat for summer!

I work at our LHS and Horizon Hobby is supposedly schedualed to ship them out June 15th, BUT Horizon is always moving the dates back so dont get to excited.

Hopefully December is the date that "venom" will have them for sale from their site, and the first batch will go to the distributors in june.

knowing venom's reputation for quality,the boat will probably work better in the snow than on the water anyway........

Just did a bunch of reading and watched a couple videos(repeatedly) and I'm sold on the TRX Titan.
Sorry Venom.
To many cons;
1" shorter
NO 2.4 TX/RX
Warrantee is lack luster compared to TRX legendary suck your @ss to make you happy warrantee
TRX has some really cool inovative ideas for the hull and system layout
TRX looks to have a better designed BL system, not that It'll stay long befor a serious upgrade .
