I purchased a brand new TFL Caldwell will Not even run a full pack without breaking the prop shaft every time(3), i’ve tried new bearings.

I'm guessing you have the washer and drive dog jammed up against the drive(not sure what its called) There should be a space between the washer and the drive at a minimum the thickness of the flex shaft. They shrink as you get on the power. Make sure the flex is greased well also.

Are you referring to the TFL caudwell F1 tunnel hull boat with the outdrive? I have the scale outboard version and the gears will not hold so I replaced the scale outboard with a TFL CNC aluminum outboard leg. Running on 4s with a 42mm 1.6p prop.
as 1coopgt stated above be sure the drive dog isn’t butt up against the washer. Also yes be sure to have plenty of grease. Here’s a video of my caudwell. Oh the struggles.
