Nice catch buddy! A 45" scarab is sure sweet ............... and Im sure you know very well what me and Tag would recommend you power it with! However, you could always power it with FE stuff if you feel more comfortable with that!
Coincidentally, I think I just scored a 50" Apache hull from one of our boating friends yesterday! Im stoked!!!

Tag hasn't given up on FE yet.I was thinking a 2028 or that Proteus motor.A motor and a way to mount it is all I need I think.Originally posted by macdon View PostNice catch buddy! It is a 45"Dumas Scarab Lenny. I've been wanting a larger mono for awhile now.I haven't been able to find my PB Shockwave so this will do. It will need a conversion as it was gas.I don't think it ever saw water though.I think all I need is a 2028 or the like for it.Keith has a couple of nice Proteus motors.Originally posted by lenny View PostHey,

Now I'll have to study up to build a nice scale interior for it. Might need more stuff from the Phillipines.

I still need to paint mine and decals for it,
Lost flex and x646/3 prop the other day.
In three feet of water the flex broke at the coupler,
On a search for it now with some magnets.

They may or may not have them,
The red dot mean a special order if not in stock.
I had called them before for some 8s and 10s cells they had on clearance for 10.00 from 200.00 a pack,
Then they said they could not ship them to the us,
So I bought them and had Punisher 67 pick them up for me and ship them.
I still need to try them in my 48"Stealth or something.Last edited by lenny; 10-29-2012, 06:43 PM.
