Well, I still consider this Sunday a great boating day .............. even in spite of Stephen running over my Geico Gasser!
My boat died in the water, so everyone was suppose to steer clear - till here comes stephen and ramming it! I dont mind the damage on the boat as that is repairable, but the 3 dents on my tune pipe is bothersome! I believe it was revenge for the taunting that my boat gave to his boat 2 weeks ago. It was like Nascar!

I'm ! You know I didn't do it on purpose! peace brother! We adjusted the rudder angle hoping it will lessen the dig ins during turns but I was having trouble with steering.

Well, Im quite happy with the performance of my 2 gassers - so to celebrate, I will go ahead and make my electric cig 40 project! :Biggrin:
The parts for that is just gathering dust here, so I guess its about time to put them to work.

Talking about electrics, here's some pics of our fellow boater in our club who is setting up a FE in a 45" gas boat hull. It has a 5698 Leo, FC 300esc and 4 x 5s batts for a 10s setup.

Thanks buddy! The R-42 runs alot better with the canopy on than off - who would've thunk it? hahahaha! Man, that is one sweet ride, im telling ya!
I'll be looking for a 6717/3 prop as we tried about 5 props on the R-42 and the best prop that made it run the smoothest is a borrowed cnc stainless steel 6717 that costs $80!!!

Yeah, dont worry about Stephen - we rib each other to death! I'll swap my dented pipe to his pipe when he's not looking! I bet ya next time we'll be boating, our gassers would be tagging each other again! Hahahahahaha! Jeesh, whats the fun in boating if you cant side swiped your friend's boat anyway, right? hahahaha!

Btw, what prop did you include with the Topgun? I saw Mac and master opluna yesterday testing a bunch of props to see what matches his cat best. Good thing Master opluna has a great prop collection. Now Mac has to get a prop for his R-42. I think it's a propshop that really pushed the boat best. I think it's a $80 one, kinda cheap for Mac's standards, hehehe! Just kidding brother!
