I have to 2 new Turnigy 5000mah 40-50C 2S1P packs. I checked them both right away with my voltage meter and all cells great on both packs. After soldering on new deans connectors one of the batteries doesn't read voltage anymore and it won't charge, did I screw up the battery?

Does it read thru the balance plug?

It did not read through the balance plugs but when I squeezed the top of the battery near the wires the voltage did start to read. I gently used a razor, cut away part of the outter layer of the battery didn't see anything de-soldered or anything, put the batt. back together and everything works fine now. Who knows what happened, but batt saved for now.Comment
