Well I've had the MG for a couple off weeks now,and running as often as I can.
Coming from a Surge Crusher it sure is a great boat.
But I'm having a hard time finding the 'sweet spot' on this boat. And yes it's the wa wa wa tralla lala porpoising. I've tried adjusting it ,and reading up on the numeres posts here and on other forums, but I just cant get rid of the bounc.
I tried lipos way up front, center, just hanging , and all the way back, strut up ,down and midel.
here is how it was stock with a prather 215
4s
5s
6s
And herer is a clip from Today with the kintec rudder. I tried to show what I did with lipo placement and strut adjust.
What do I do to get it running like this:
and this:
I also felt it was tad slower with the K rudder installed.Like it was dragging a bitt.
But, is the boat to light ,at the moment I have 4000 mah packs in 2s and 3s. Is the propp all wrong, is the only way to work on the bottom of the boat?(was hoping I could skip that 4 now since it's sport's,and not racing I'm into)
Thanks for having a look ,and do include pictures if you got

I never got my bounce out until I went to an M445 prop. Then problem solved. Mines set so that teh hull flat on a table, the stru is flat to the table and holding the back of the hull up about 1/8 of an inch. It will be different for every prop, but for the M445, that seems to be where she likes it. Also, my batteries are about 1/2 inch from the back of the trays which puts the cog right about at 30%. Im also running 4S2P. 2S packs would have to be set about a 1/4" back from the 4S packs to achieve the same cog.
