Motor setup

It will fit the motor mount but not sure the tupperware lid will fit cause of the length. I ended up changing my motor mount and got tons of room still with the 4082

Nice boat! I also have a mg and I want to put the same motor in 4082 2200kv. Which motors mounts you use? Part no. Did you have to modify the inner liner since the 4082 can is longer? If you don't mind, can you tell me exactly what I have to do and change to make the 4082 motor work? Flex shaft, motor mounts etc. Thank you.

I believe the 4082 motor fitted in the stock mount wont clear the hatch, i know some have modded the hatch to clear.
