I put the boat, transom down on a piece of paper. Traced the outline. I cut it out, and put it in the back of the boat. Made a few adjustments on the paper, and trimmed again & again. Once correct, I cut the top half of the paper off where the seam was. I placed this paper on a piece of white styrene I traced the outline of the paper, and cut the styrene. I stuck it to the transom with CA, I sanded all the edges square (as I could). I filled the edges where the transom meets the styrene with gap filling CA. Sanded, filled the low spots with Squadron putty (yuk), sanded, sprayed white primer...

thats right on man. Thats exactly like I would do a transom doubler. I used cardboard and traced the back of the hull and cut that out. fine tuned the edges to inside of hull. then traced that to the 3/32" doubler. I epoxied that to inside of hull with holes still in transom so epoxy would squeeze through. using wood pieces I clamped the new doubler to hull for a nice firm hiney. Prolly the strongest part of the hull now.

The scat21 was gonna be the twin drive Mach5, but you know where that is going now. I really don't know what to do with it. It may be another freebie if I hit another stumbling block.
That prop nut is a piece of fuel tube. That prop isn't what I intend to run, it's on there just for the pic. That is the stock BJ-BL prop.
