Do not get me started on this point. I have spent many a long day at a new installation of custom packaging equipment. I am the stupid sales guy and the plant manager is standing over our company technician saying when is our production line starting up. Those techs fix up many engineering bo bo's. My hat is off to them and their coolness under pressure.

Great to hear Eggy ... if you cup the tips a bit on the X640 to narrow the thrust cone you will more than likely hit 50.

I'll hit 50 anyway, did the 48.4Mph run in good conditions, but not perfect. Did not test much with COG and tilting. I Just put the two packs pretty far up front, and went for it.

Will try to move the packs further back next time, and also tilt a bit. It was stable at the straits doing 48Mph so i know i will hit 50 if not more.

Will keep you posted in the other thread.

I don't know...if it were me I would go after the safety harness manufacture.
I hope the Co-Pilot has a HANS device on now. We learn from others misfortune.
I never race without triple layer Nomex race suit and a 6 point harness with a HANS device.

Personally I hate those little drivers, and nothing made me happier than seeing their windshields fogging up with steam as they blindly flew across the water. They have been replaced now with a custom hatch but every once and a while I miss hearing their screams over the LiPo-screeching. I am considering setting up a picture of Team Eggy's carnage in front of them to taunt them in their retirement....

I put electrical tape over the windshield when driving and instructed them to "Use the Force."

Went out for another spin last night, with only the Co-Pilot. Apparently Dom, and anim's prayers where heard, did another highspeed flip and the second Cockpit cracked aswell, now Team Eggy is reduced to the trusty fingers of the manager.

Seeing this boat skip across the water in almost 50Mph is crazy, and seeing the nose start to lift followed by a huge blowover is even more spectacular.
