Doesn't anyone ever follow the provided links anymore??

            June...

The new Pro Boat policy is to NOT announce anything unless they are withing 4-Weeks of being IN STOCK. Seems to be working well thus far.

                    Darin,
What is the prop on it? Get one ready in anticipation of the release.

I'm not exactly sure what the factory prop is based on. I know that I tested using everything from a 1715-17-45(2) to an 1817-17-45(2). The later got things a little warm. I BELIEVE that the stock prop closely matches the 1716-17-45(2). A good sharpening and balancing of that prop should yield some nice speeds and handling.

My video above was an 1815-17-45(2), and on 4S, using a Dynamite 1800KV, the boat hit 53mph, and lapped in the low-50s to upper-40s (as the battery fell off)...

I never tested anything other that 4S, because frankly, I don't need any more that 4S to get the most out of this system, and that's what we race with.

                          Hi Darin,
Thanks for the info. I was thinking about UL1. I'm sure glad I waited. This boat in definitely on my list.

This thread seems unnecessary now that the announcement has been made and the UL-19 has it's own discussion thread. Just sayin...
