I called horizon today.After being on hold for an hour i got some one on the phone.I told them my hatch fell off during running.He said that they are backodred till december.So he felt that was too long and then he went to go check after a minute he comes back and says he has one.YES!!!!!!!!.Not only do they have one they are shipping it to me for free!!!!!!.

That sucks balls I called them like three times and theysaid they would keep a look out for me and I never even got a call back.

I can't I only have an hour lunch break a day I call right away and ask for a call back its always when I'm back to work, I've been on hold for them for about 4 hours already

I talked to horizon again today and there is supose to beo one heading my way, I hope its real this time.

I hope tomarrow, they ship ups ground so it might be a few days, its normally 2 for me they are only a state over. I wish there was a way to track.
