Hello,
I'm new to RC boats but understand the basics of how this model works. My rudder is functioning, but the prop isn't. I've followed the manufacturer's "arming procedure": turning on the transmitter, plugging in the batteries, opening the throttle, and then hearing the ESC beep once. After releasing the throttle, the ESC normally beeps three times, but mine produces four rapid beeps instead.
After opening the throttle, I hear a faint, sudden hum from the ESC, but then it goes silent. I'm currently waiting for the batteries to finish charging; they show about 7V off the charger, but that doesn't guarantee they have enough current to power the motor, right?
In the meantime, does anyone know what the four beeps from the ESC indicate?
