Too much workload for the CF prop to handle. Your going to have to swap to a metal prop or you may keep blowing through plasti ones. Th Octura x445 is similar to the CF45 which you are running now. The pre sharpend & balanced props are outof stock, but here is the raw one which you will have to sharpen and balance yourself.

If you don't want to do it yourself Chuck (Egneg) here on the forum does a GREAT job and is a pleasure to do business with. He will sharped and balance it for you. http://forums.offshoreelectrics.com/...ead.php?t=7367

Your the only one I have read running a low kv high volt setup in a SV so if it is cavatating alot you may need a bigger prop. I am sure the CF prop was prob flexing some do to the load, but im not sure. Maybe a x447 im really clueless on what will work well with your setup. I would drop what your running now in a bigger hull maybe like a df33 copy, JMO. Maybe a OSE guru can help with that question.
