Im going to start running 6s lipo 22.2V 5000 mAp and my stock UL-1 ESC cant handle that, any suggestions as to a better ESC that wont cost a fortune?

You wanna run 6s is a SV? WOW, what motor? As far as your question goes a seaking/turnigy 80 amp hv (depending on motor) or regular 90amp or 120amp esc will do, a swordfish/ aquastar will also do.

That's over 50,000rpm. As always it's your choice but I HIGHLY recommannd not doing that. Your target goal for the most part should be 28,000 - 35,000 RPM depending on your goals. Give or take a few of course. To get your RPM take the KV x the voltage so 2300 x 22.2=51,060rpmComment

Using OSE's calculator, you're lookin at 40mph on the stock 40mm prop. Of course the ammo can handle much more prop than the stocker. Sorry to butt-in Diesel! I could'nt resist.Comment
