Best brushed motor?

I'm looking for the best all around brushed motor for a mini rio. I'm looking at either the duratrax VR3 or the great planes T-400.

The boat is a younger relatives boat, and he isn't looking at spending enough to go brushless, just wants some more power. I'll be adding more cooling to the motor, and it'll be run on 2s lipo's (1300mah, 20c).

I've got a good selection of props(27mm through 36mm), so that isn't an issue.

Any opinions/experience would be greatly appreciated!!

Well, picked up a VR3... the choice was easy, they had it in stock and not the T-400 :D

We'll see how it goes in a couple weeks.

I can't vouch for performance, but the T-400 is almost half the price of the VR3 on Tower Hobbies.
