I've had issues with binding before. I figured that by Holding down the throttle then connecting the battery it binds it every time.

had the same issues with mine after several hours trying to bind with reciever

but once binded raido worked awsome

Are you talking about arming the esc. When you buy the TX/RX or get additional RX's you have to bind the 2 together. After that you you are arming the esc.

I bought a brand new UL-1 really cheap on eBay.. but it only has the reciever, the radio is not included, I was going to buy the radio and bind it with the reciever included...
