UL-1 cutting out

New boat (5 runs) is cutting out when I lift off the throttle, after sitting for a few seconds it will run again. Could this be due to a bad capacitor? I don't see any damage ie; blister on the cap, and the ESC had never over heated.

same thing happened to mine. Only 1 run and just got it 2 weeks ago.
