    Dude,

    Take in consideration your buying a boat for $300 that is RTR... Some guys spend $300+ on just painting a boat. It's not going to perfect.

        just take some 600grit then 1000grit and smooth it out!

            Seriously guys Its not bothering me. Like I said it's only cosmetic. Just putting info out so when a new guys buys one they don't get discouraged. It's a killer deal at $240 for a ready to run boat.

                for what it's worth i just got one, also for $240, and the finish looks nice, there are no runs on mine. probably luck of the draw.
