Prop Help Quick

I just bought an old Mystic Cat. I race SAT. and the smallest prop I have is a Prather 215. I blue printed the bottom. Running a Himax 1500Kv 4s with a 90 esc. I do not have any place to test it. Am I safe or should I skip the race. Any suggestion on the prop I should run. I prefer CNC?

How big is this boat? I suspect that a 90A ESC is too small, unless the boat is less than 30 inches long.
Even still, a 1500 KV motor is a bit more of a 6S setup for a cat.
