ok I sunk my Mini mono I wanna test the motor with a new ESC to see if it still works...is there any risk to the new ESC if the motor might be damaged..? comments appreciated...

Assuming that you sprayed out the motor with WD40, Isopropyl Alcohol, RC Car Motor Cleaner, or CorrosionX then re-lube the bearings with oil, the risk is low.
