I love how the hardware is already there ready to go. Options are various what you can decide on.

RTR generally means "Ready to Run". If there is no motor, esc, or servo, it definitely is NOT Ready to Run. If there is no radio, it also is not RTR. If it has the motor, servo, esc, it is ARTR or ALMOST ready to run. That's my point.

I have never seen anyone call your No. 2 a RTR.

Here is example where the section is called RTR and Combo: But none of the boats are RTR as there is no ESC/Motor/Servo, not that it's right, but I have seen this as you see.
