Cool product...
But... for $40.00... one could just buy another Lipo cell and make a 2S pack instead..., and not have the extra failure point...
Still... it does open up some classing possibilities...

No Darin, you're right. Wilmer - you plug this into your rx. Look at the picture. You disconnect the BEC from your ESC (if it has one) and use this to power the rx and sx instead.
3A should be plenty of power for carpet racers.

Hmmm...I read it same as Darin. I do not htink you can regenerate enough power to run it for motors.
It is something I spoke to an electronic engineer a few years ago why we could not just place an amp in between and that was the problem...great for a quick shot but that was it.

I think it's going to take some different chassis/suspension designs to take advantage of the lower weight, however... Most of the guys I've seen (not many, so things likely have changed at this point), were adding weight to the packs to get the handling back after making the switch...Originally posted by Blackjack-sven View Post
