These are the 4 packs that cooked on me that I spoke of. That is, the 6cell ones. The 7cell packs have been pretty good so far. I think the 6's were 3600 or 3800 and the 7's were 4200's. BUT, these guys really stand by their products !!!

            Caution!!!

I would not load them more than 50 amps. I have a friend that loaded them to 90 and had one blow like a bomb. Blew the hatch off his boat.

cheap ebay batteries cost u in the long run. u can find good deals on ib or gp cells if u look around. the last time i bought batts i paid like $3 a cell for new ib3800s.

Those are high-resistance cells - 30-35 amps tops. They are not suitable - IMO - for more than a 700-motored 10-12 cell boat with a small prop. Don't try them on a BL motor or:

You will no longer have the money you paid for the cells.
                  and
You will no longer have a pack of usable cells.

eBay is great for some things, but for commodity items like these it is a pig in a poke.
I guess it's fine if you have a lot of extra money laying around to gamble on poor quality items with.....
