Are they coming out with a new controller or getting out of the business. Warranty???

They are the best brushed controllers you can buy - period. Unfortunately Andy is getting out of the business due to the popularity of BL systems and once his current inventory is sold there will be no more. He will handle warranty for a year at least....but I've never needed warranty on his production controllers.

I would agree with these guys, a few guys run them in the club ZERO problems, I just picked one up recently, I seem to have more performance in my LSH so its a plus in my book!
