You mean the the Tire, or the Wheel?
Depending on your radio, you can usually find 'hop ups' for both wheel and tire. Check out ebay, just search for your radio and you should see them.Comment

well I do like the (guess you could call it a tyre) sponge rubber on my futaba 3pm. I don't really 'do' e-bay...guess I'll keep looking for a suitable material

Well, ebay was just a suggestion. Check out tower and some of the other smaller shops. AMainHobbies might have something as well.
