BTW, as far as audiophile speaker wires go, I make my own speaker cables from five twisted braid of CAT-5 wire and it renders a very detailed sound across the entire frequency spectrum.

The cable is shrouded in black Techflex - an expandable sheath which hides the blue enamel covering and makes it look pro. I just found a free sample around without the Techflex, and you can see how it's braided together: Six CAT-5 cables in three twisted pairs. The terminals are Gold plated WBT connectors.

If you don't need to ever bend them for anything, then solid is fine. I've never seen that sort of installation except in my house, though.

Lets make this simple.

In every table you will notice that the overall diameter of like ga wire is bigger when you look at stranded vs solid. This isnt a mistake.

By bending, I meant repeated such as you do with ESCs, batteries, and motors.

I see what you mean,
but if I decide to put such wires in the equation it'll be as an extension from the ESC to the batteries... not for the whole system. I'll be placing the ESC close to the motor thus leaving a big distance to the cells.

I'm no expert, but aren't you creating an electromagnet? How much current are you running through this wire?

While we are talking wire, just go cheap. Go to Home Depot or Lowes, pickup some outdoor landscape lighting wire, cut to length, and have at it. LOL! J/K
