Cooling jackets

I ordered a couple of motors and cooling jackets from OSE...what's the trick in keeping the gasket seals in place in the jackets when sliding them onto the motor?

Silicone grease o-rings and can OD LIGHTLY. Rotate jacket as rings climb onto can.

Sometimes I take a little liquid soap and add to the orings, does the trick every time .
