I dont know where to buy hull with hardware included?like rudder and drive system. Just need to add electronic parts to finish the build. Thanks.

Well, you can post an add in the wtb section.
It is best to note hull type and specific make and model if you have one or several in mind.
I have a Rico 31 bare hull I am about to put up for sale if that could be an option for you, and could make you a hardware kit if that’s what you are looking for.

No OSE has kits or assembled as well, you just need to look. Sounds like you want an ARTR or just simple parts.
Whenever you want to buy a 'kit' that means you have to drill etc. not something I'd recommend for a newcomer.
Before you order, look at where they are located. MHz is in Germany.
