Ok your running one of Alex’s props, these are similar to the Octura X series, I’m surprised a 43x1.5 prop Is loading up your esc, do you have a spare esc you can try?

Oh bugger, my only advice would be to buy another esc and see what happens, preferably with data logging

That’s 280 amps at 22.2 volts.... that’s a lot of juice.....

yes, and the max burst I see on any esc is 300 to 320 . again being new I don't understand the math or where I need to be to run at 65 to 70 with out getting to the limit of the equipment.

Now that takes experience and lots of money in burnt out esc’s lol. Actually that’s not true if you run data logging and check the data after each 2 way or 1 way pass, also invest in props, don’t make big changes just small increments each time, check data before moving on. Learn how to blueprint and prep the bottom of the hull. Don’t be too eager and take your time.
