Sorry for your loss there isn't worst thing in this world than go back home with that smell in the car.....had lived this situation many times with my saw boats!.I have no experience with scales but who knows your boat isn't overproped....I have seen amps going to the ruff with smaller props than a X462.GillGO FAST AND TURN RIGHT !

I filled my hull with baking soda and closed it up for a few days. Helped a lot with the odor.Comment
