the boat hull w/ HW weighs in at a whopping 18.2oz
WOW... 515g's... that is very light!
You better install a parachute on that thing so she can stop b4 the end of the lake!
now seriously, when are we going to see some video?!
:::::::::::::::. It's NEVER fast enough! .:::::::::::::::
One question I haven't seen here is : how is the stern covered up to prevent water from entering the hull. i can see the rudder mechanism and other stuff, but no cover at the back?
There is a transom just behind the rudder mechanism.

That will be my guess as to "why" the stern is open
The design refuses to lend itself for oval running. The copy will be heavily modded to be conducive to run oval, therefore the original SAW hull may very well be sold. Get in line fellas, 'cause Eyekandy asked me weeks ago. He's 1st in line.
WEEEEE.
i will make it oval worthy... i can see it know...... running big ovals... here close your eyes and imagine being at the sandy beaches of maimi... and then SPLAT a bird take a dump on your head... well maybe not.
Hey i will personally build you up one of my rigged confusions, one built and one kit!. i was going to cut it tomorrow ( i HAD the day off... ) but was called in because we have a meeting with toys "R" us and they needed some product demoing so i was summoned...
i am going to try for the Sunday to get out. Last time i was at the shop ( Osborn model kits) was when i came back from I hobby EXPO. ( which wasn't as good as i thought)
right now i have alot on the go. I have to finish a twin .21 nitro rigger for a customer. and finish the instructions on Tom Moorehouse's fire fighter rigger kits.. and then get a guy some graphics... that guy also needs a cat hull and two riggers and a couple other " apology for the long wait" gifts as well!.
