Her overall length from the bottom edge of the tub (since the stern is angled, the bottom edge makes it longer) to the tip of the sponsons is 26-3/4"

yup, you are good for N2
how wide is the inside of the tub? will it fit most lipos?
How about the coupler and the screws, are they mm or imperial?
Is the shaft a .68 or one of the german sizes?

A .68" shaft would be pretty big.

As big as a paintball, actually.

If it is metric, it is probably 1mm or 1.5mm.

The tub is roughly 2-1/2" wide.

I just installed 2 of my Poly RC 4S 3000mAh lipos inside the tub, no sweat!
            Sorry for the dark pic!

The coupler set screws are mm. the wire? I don't know the size, but I'll find out tomorrow when I get my caliper.

              Cool!
can you fit a motor and an ESC inside w the batteries?
It's hard to tell by looking at the pic.
What ESC are you planning in using?

You mean you are going to run 4s in this beast?

What a shame. Too bad you'll be going so fast...

nice... how long of a can is it possible to fit in there?
Sorry to be asking all these questions, I have been
interested in this hull for a while now... since you have one,
I thought I pick your brain, hehehehe.

Seeing as how the tub is 2.25" wide, It looks like there is about 6" foa a motor and esc.

Since the mount is at an angle, the esc can go right next to the motor.

You'll be able to fit more motor in there than would be sane with this hull.

                        Ready for this guys?

Pic 1 shows a 6XL with cooling jacket next to the hull
Pic 2 shows the (qty2) 4S lipos AND the 6XL installed (motor not even butted to the mount.)
Pic 3 shows the same as 2 with only (qty1) 4S lipo.

                            Nice shorts.

You should try a 1521 or 1527 in there.

On 6s, you might set a new speed record.

It also comes with this CF tray. I assume the ESC can go under, so the batts can sit on top?

                                that's awesome... lots of room!
do you think that when the motor's mounted it won't hit the inside top due to the angle?

How heavy is the hull by itself + hardware?
