That is a great looking piece! I've been thinking about a single motor cat, but I'm pretty busy on my hydro. A guy posted a boat last week for $160, I reached out to buy it, but he never responded. I'm over the impulse buy!

I order two stingers for this project.

What distance do I need between the 2 stingers, 51 mm or more ?

I would think it depends on where you can put the motors and try to keep sharp bends out of the flex cable. What does the manufacturer recommend? Might want to start there

            Setup : Motors SCORPION HK3026 1900kV , 5S batteries

            What do you think about 47mm + 3mm secure = 50mm ?

I doubt you will need 447's, I have a 40" running the same RPM as you have planned and I have found 442's the best fit for my application. But this depends how deep the prop runs.

                Great !

I received two stingers, they are very well build. Perfect ! 50mm between the propellers look fine.

45mm between centres on my Pirate. In this video running 42mm props. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tobZ3H2icco I can't adjust my struts any lower as the bottom edge is already parallel with the bottom of the hull. This boat works best with parallel struts. I eventually calmed the bounce with 44mm props. That's as big as I can go, in diameter and amps.R.B.

Now see mine needed 42mm to calm the ride. I was aiming for 445's on the build. But I have steerable drives which are pretty long.

That sure is great looking hardware! The machining work looks very well done. What's the length on your hull?

Ok, thanks. I think I will install the drives with 50mm maximum centre to centre.
