i do not know how well the T-180 handles over 4s. But they are on the other hand almost impossinle to "kill" on 4s, (speedruns). i tryed to kill them with 1600 kv/4s./55-18-3 props..But no.

T180 is hard to break if it is well tuned.
I've build a pursuit from ground up on 4s over 60mph untrimmed with T180.

Yes it is possible. Trimmtabs and turnsfins are just exstra weight if you got everything else right..But I like it "semi slow" and "high fun" at times...

Thanks for all the info gents, today I ordered a 4082 1600kv motor and 180 esc and suitable mounts and an octura x445 and m447 props, here's hoping
