Go with a 4082 leopard. That size can anyway. You won't keep it on the water though.

I see they have a 1600 and a 2000kv suggested 150 amp ESC this sound right

1515 1Y-2200kv for oval racing is common. SF220, T180 v3. Maybe a 150amp esc but that's cutting it close.

2000-2200 KV works. Ray is right too.
