Need your help CF with scratches

I have a CF Shocker that has epoxy and surface scratches on the outside finish, I would like to clean it up and give it clearcoat finish. I am pretty annal about getting it done right. Please advice.

2 part automotive urethane can be polished and buffed to a beautiful deep gloss finish.
Not nice to work with but an autobody shop should be willing to spray it when they are doing a car for a reasonable price if you do the prep work before hand.
You can also get it in a special spray can, push the bottom button to mix the 2 parts and spray, no shelf life though it will harden in the can once mixed. You also have to use a respirator as it is really toxic!
I use Dupont Nason and spray it myself with a small auto touch up gun.
I've yet to find a single part clear that is anywhere near as hard and buffable.
I started using it years ago on nitro boats as it is impervious to nitro as well as most other chemicals.
