    burning money

    still burning through esc's, batteries and motors.
    JAE FE 21
    Traxxas 6s 5000mah
    Octura m447,x646
    That's all I have left from trial and error time and time again.
    So what leopard motor and esc will I then
    start to enjoy this hobby and of course the end result of FAST

          The c rating on the Traxxas batteries are simply to low for running boats. You want at least 50c when running boats. This might be the source of your problem but it will be easier to diagnose your problem if you list your motor and esc.

                      Judging from a the Leo 1400kv statement I'd guess a 3674 or 4074..
                      And yes, at least 50C is what you need.
                      SPC Racing packs have served me well!

                              I bet not!

                              If it was a 4074/1400 a 447 would be OK. How does the boat run? Could run very very wet. Of course again we never got a reply from the Owner?

                                      Prop probably ok but deffinetly not enough ESC, I don't care if it was a 3674 or a 4074.

                                          Running wet . X646prop.aboat 3" pitch 220a esc low c batts. But all speculation...

                                              probably was running at wet because trying to get the chine walk out of the
                                              Thing should have used it for yard art when took the stock
                                              Stuff out... And ya i got one! Pos

                                                  I have built a ton of JAE21 FEs.
                                                  With all due respect fellas, if a JAE is running wet or "chine walking" something went bad wrong during the build, set up, process.
