That's Camille's SAW rigger from France. He says it has been 204kph which is around 127mph. The gear drive has little to no affect on the speed controls.

The video doesn't do the boat justice. It does show a $6000 plus dollar boat flip very well!. He may want to work on his marketing:-) Very cool looking boat though.
