Does anyone make a 5mm to .250 coupler?

I have a neu 1527 with a 5mm shaft. I want to run a .250 flex. Why? Because my strut is .250, and I want the extra insurance and peace of mind. No offense meant but I don't want to be told a .187 flex will work...I'm sure it will...but I prefer a .250 on this build. So if you know where I can get a nice coupler/collet...please help me out. Thanks! P.s...I already have the flex and an 8mm collet. I could do an adaptor but that's last resort.

I was in the same situation as you when I built the U-95 & I couldn't find one.
A guy at our club reamed out a couple of 5mm-3/16" couplers to 1/4" for me on his lathe.
But those MBP couplers have come to light since then. Maybe they do one.

Well, I hope you get yours, I placed an order of 3 collets ( 5x4.75) on Sept 20th with Rocket city Racing and I have received nothing, no confirmation , only my PayPal says the money has been paid.
I e mailed and called twice, no reply.
So far they are worse than any out fit that I have dealt with , I never bash, but I don't like when bussiness do not reply when GIVEN a chance. So good luck!

if i dont hear anything within a couple weeks, i'll file a claim. Its only $33 bucks anyway, but i get ya. Last time i ordered it took about 4 weeks. I had actually forgot about it and then it came in.

btw, they usually dont have the collets in stock......

My BAD, I deleted the post, apparently the kind I was looking IS OUT OF STOCK! I just got a call this minute and it also seems the lady of the house had some vision issues so I feel bad that I jumped on the conclusion. Hopefully yours is in stock.
The gentleman explains that his web does not have an OUT OF STOCK button.
I hope I will get mine in the days ahead as he explained the "boat" is coming from Germany.

Your collet has been shipped.. Another "new" website issue on the shipping.. N/C Also when you order the site has "Customer Reward Points" when you sign up.
