I'm sure this is a loaded question with a ton of variables but I want to build a carbon fiber cat with a two motor/esc set up. Wanting high speeds 70+ so all input will help unless it's negative... You can keep that. Thanks

Depends on what you're gonna do with it, do you want a boat that will turn and go fast or a boat that you just buzz back and forth in a strait line? IMO If you want a good all around twin that corners and hauls butt, the Cheetah is the way to go.Comment

Kfxguy, I have seen your videos and checked out your build threads many times and I'm glad you put your. 02c out there especially with a nice picture comparison haha. I would like an all around fun boat that halls butt when I want it to and corners at the same time. I think the only thing that is drawing me away from the Rivercat is the size (I know it's a silly reason). If it was the same length as the Daytona then it would already be on the truck over to my house
Flraptor07, I think I want a nice all around boat but one that will fly when I want it to.
This will be my first build from a bare hull so I'm sure I'm going to make mistakes when building but the last thing I want to do is make a mistake like buying the wrong hull haha.

I have the 25" mystic that radtek builds it has nice gelcoat and a clean carbon interior. It handled awesome until I put it into a dock cause my rx was wired wrong and went full tilt cause of having 2 bec's connected to my mr3000. I am building a rivercat with the components but that will go to my kids. Overall I really just like the quality put into radtek boats better. I plan on purchasing the 45" hull myself-hopefully within a week or two.

Zach, If you want a boat the can turn, the ones mentioned above just ain't gonna do it. They look cool and can go fast in a straight line but just don't have the beam to make a good turning boat.
There really isn't a hull out there that can do it all. But if I want a hull that could do 70 straight line in good water, turn and is pleasing to the eye, I would take a serious look at the Aeromarine Avenger 36. It's a great handling hull with plenty of interior room and can take a variety of hardware configurations. Even sissy twins.
It's also just a better build boat with a heavier layup. Personally I wouldn't run any of the Fightercat hulls (even the CF ones) without reinforcement.

Thanx Travis, I thought you had seen that video before. No GPS on it yet but I'm guessing around 60 in that video with real low temps so room to prop up. I've also got a couple more pairs of motors that will work in it for more speed if I want it.
