Every thing looks fine bearings are smooth the motor has about 10 min on it ??? I test it out again works fine !!!

There is a dent on the motor can, has it been dropped? Are there any chipped away lacquer on the windings or it just looks suspicious? Hard to tell from the reflections on the pics.

no dents !! no chips just some scuff marks from rubbing the lacquer is rubbed off

Sorry, must be the mark where the cooler O ring was, I am no expert. The motor that was brand new and burned had a smell before that happened, if everything checks out OK now, my $.02 is to pay attention to any unusual odor.
Sorry, didn't mean to jump in here and offer BS response, I was just curious on that mark on the motor can.

It looks like to me the there was some excess epoxy or lacquer inbetween the rotor and widens. I'm looking at the pics on my phone so I may be wrong. If this is the case you need to get a small flap wheel or cross buff and clean it out so the rotor doesn't contact it.

Is the rotor making contact with the windings? This looks like it's just the nature of the beast with some budget motors. I've seen windings look like this on Tacon and a couple TP motors before. Poor quality control. If the rotor shows no sign of contact, and it's not running excessively hot, I would leave it alone and run it. If it is rubbing, that's a different story.
