Travis I assume you're going for optimum prop for this set up with it still being runable and dependable, have you been keeping track of temps to see when things start running too hot? Or are you going for top speed period?

both actually. trying to see what i can get out of it. With a m445 prop the temps stay in check no matter what. I let both my kids drive it and the esc was barely warm and the motor was warm but not even close to where i cant hold my hand on it. I forgot my temp gun is why i dont have numbers. It got a mix of driving too....so as it stands right now i think its ok. The bec did go out on me yesterday tho. i added an external bec and now it works fine again, which i should have done from the get go anyway.Originally posted by flraptor07 View PostTravis I assume you're going for optimum prop for this set up with it still being runable and dependable, have you been keeping track of temps to see when things start running too hot? Cool, yeah that's why I don't mess with BECs unless they're built in, all the ESCs I have that don't have BECs I use LIFE 2s 6.6 Rx packs. They only weigh about 1 1/2 oz. and they are about 2"x1 1/4", pretty fool proof and they last through about 4 sets of main packsOriginally posted by kfxguy View Postboth actually. trying to see what i can get out of it.
