Replacing strut bushing?

I'm running the stock strut on my modded BJ29. After this mornings run, I noticed the prop shaft has a good bit of play within the strut bushing. I see Pro Boat sells a complete strut, but I'm wondering if the bushing itself is replaceable and if it's something that's easily done.

I have done the "strut mod" on my current strut and replacing the bushing would save me from having to modify another one to replace it.

I'm all ears.
