Looks cool, but to me it's just one more connection point. But if running 2p I could see how this would be handy

one handed connections, no more trying to get 2 hands down in there, pulling apart tight bullets. i am running 2-3s packs in series . how much will i lose with additional connections of this block? are they homemade? any pictures or diagrams appreciated.
