Who makes a good cat for roundy rounds?

I'm talking in the 40+ inch range. Aeromarine, Insane, AC. Anything else out there that turns?

+1 I had both when I ran gas. The "Hot" Cat in gas is the Stryker T-44. Not sure how it would do with an electric setup. I dont think it uses a full length cowl.

Conquest runs very good. Stryker's from RC Boatworks are also good.

Does AC make a full hatch suitable for FE? Very similar hull to the sprintcat? But looks a bit better IMO

I wonder how Andy's Blast Cat would do in FE? That has a full hatch and would probably do pretty well if setup and powered correctly.

I had one that I got from Kelly Brooks, he used the 1/2 cowl but covered the opening w/ lexan. I actually never ran the boat though.

are you building a big cat for the Nats?? If so I would just do an avenger easy to build and setup is easy, I wouldn't mess with anything that you don't know how its gonna work this late in the game?

I had heard differently, but I also know that that R-42 was unseated as the favorite by the T-44. All including the Aeromarine boats and Insane are good. Is seaducer still producing them? I havent seen many recently.

Ac does make an offshore cowl for the r42. My clubs best cat driver didn't like the t44, didn't like the way it turns.

I couldn't possibly get one ready before the nats. I had planned to race the Outrage but it's just not made for oval racing. I really like the boat but in traffic at speed I'm going to likely make a mess of someones ride. I may still run it and just go way outside and drag race up the straights. The boat is fast. Really fast IMO but not happy turning.

Anyone know what's up with the Seaducer site? I tried to go there to look and can't seem to get there. The Seaducer has the ugliest canopy on earth if I remember correctly. Like half a coffee can.
