Have you ran this boat yet with the stock system? I feel the stock motor with the right prop can provide a good combination of speed and run time. This hull size/length really lends itself to be in the mid to high 40's and still be predictable and "happy" Run the boat and learn a few things before throwing more motor at it... Just my 2 pennies.

This is good advice. Get used to it, maybe try a few props(the cheapest biggest gain in speed),and get used running it on the water. Going after speed can get expensive if things aren't set right. Haha, ask me how I know, LOLOriginally posted by longballlumber View PostHave you ran this boat yet with the stock system? First make sure it is solid and comes back in in one piece every time.
