My hobby shop stopped using paypal. He said a custoemr had a problem and they removed it from his account without even telling him. So the buyer seems to have more rights than the seller.

I'm wondering why paypal said they cant help you. I had a problem with a seller and they got me a refund. Is it because it's a international transaction or did the sellers account get closed out/terminated?

You can only get a refund in the first 30 day´s, after that no possibility.

But, example: Ebay won't claim your loss AFTER 30days, how that case work for Paypal?

Anyway, back to these chowderheads that are causing this problem in the first place. I sent them an E-Mail about 6 weeks ago expressing interest in a large $$$ value order and have I HAVE STILL NOT HEARD ANYTHING. Granted I really have no interest in their products but it was just to see if they would have the decency to respond.

So we can draw several conclusions from this;

1) They no longer exist.
2) They are making so much money in todays fantastic economy and are so overwhelmed with orders that they do not need the buisness.
3) The whole company is a scam.

It has to be one of those.

If you do buisness over the web, and offer contact info via E-Mail, then reply to the E-Mails you get. Period. Otherwise you deserve to be out of buisness. Unfortunately in this case, a member here has been ripped off by thieves.

I blew it up and then sold it.



Still unsure as to why i had the problems i had with it.
But its gone now, ive just got pictures.
